He was predeceased by: his parents, Ever Tjugum and Hazel Tjugum (Thompson); his stepfather Walter Fischer; and his sister Connie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Thomas Tjugum (Kathryn), James Tjugum (Kimberly), Gerald Tjugum (Rebekah) and Diane Meyer (Charles); his grandchildren, Michelle (Matthew), Teri (Travis), Ryan (Jenny), Shelby (Anthony), Michael, Christina (Matthew), Jenna (Bryan) and Kaitlin (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Keeton, Cody, Reece, Talan, Jacob (Abby), Lexie, Emily, Jasmine, Samantha, Malachi, Penelope and Noa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
