He was predeceased by: his parents, Diane Franke and Richard Franke. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Franke (Barb), Dave Franke (Vicki), Tom Franke, Paul Franke (Angela), Jane Holland (Bill) and Sue Mendell (Steve). He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
