Daniel C. Stumpf Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel C. Stumpf of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Daniel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his father Carl E. Stumpf, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Stumpf; his siblings, David (Chong Sok) and Sheryl Vance (Jeff); his uncle Tom Aldrich (Sue); his nephews, Todd Stumpf and Jacob Vance (Rebecca); his niece Tami Stumpf; and his great-nieces, Eleanor and Lillian Vance.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (5001 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
