He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Vanden Heuvel and Alphonse Rottier; and his siblings, Carol Rottier, Helen Rottier and Jerry Rottier.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie Kirk; his sons, John Kirk Walsh (Alice Kirst), Derek Kirk Rottier and Jake Kirk Rottier; and his siblings, Abe Rottier, Ken Rottier, Dottie Rottier and Nancy Rottier.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home (2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704).
