Cynthia Rustad Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Rustad of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 22, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Disch; her stepfather Ambrose Biba; her sister Terri Higgs; her son Ronald Disch; and her grandparents, Alvin, Beulah Disch and LaVerne Langley.
She is survived by: her mother Patricia Biba (Langley); her daughter Brittany Pope; her son-in-law Corey; and her stepsiblings, Gena Singletary (Roy), Sue Morack and Christopher Biba (Kitty Cat Sophie). She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
