It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Elizabeth Coyle Perkins (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Matthew John and Anne Elizabeth; her husband Vince Perkins; her grandson Liam; her siblings, Barbara Pulvermacher (George), John (Marion), Maureen Schwarz (Ron), Jennifer Breunig (Arnie), Joyce Simon (Randall), Bill and Mike (Jill); and her brother-in-law Roger Perkins (Sandra Stephens). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
