He is survived by: his brother Chuck; his friends, DJ and Madison; his wife Maureen (Connelly); his children, Theresa Sandmire (Dave) and Brian Ripp; his grandchildren, Brittany (Chris), David (Kait) and Tyler Sandmire; his pet Madie; and his caregivers, Sandy, Gio, Tanya, Angela, Nancy and Monique.
