She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Halverson and Ollie Halverson; her brothers, Eugene and Harley Halverson; her siblings-in-law, Carol Jean Halverson, Judy Baldwin, Curt Strandlie, Jack Simon and Duane Daugherty; and her nieces, Carrie Halverson Jacobs and Karen Baldwin.
She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, Michael Kalscheur (Val) of Acworth and Kristine Rodell (Vic) of Island Lake, Ill.; her grandchildren, Britney Orsborne (Kyle Kalscheur), Nicholas (Alicia) of Union Grove, Wis and Jacob Rodell of Island Lake, Ill.; her great grandchildren, Conner Woods and Haley Rodell; and her siblings-in-law, Don Kalscheur (Tina), Judy Halverson Dorshorst, Rita Fredenberg (Gene), Marguerite Ware (Pete Zeimet), Joan Strandlie, Mary Ann Simon, Lorna Daugherty and Irene Hart (Gene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Carol expressed her wish that you give memorials in her name to Bethel Lutheran Church, Salem Lutheran Church in Shell Lake, American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
