She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fetzer and Elizabeth Fetzer (Bayer); her brother Robert "Bob" Fetzer (Diane); her parents-in-law, Marvin Arseneau and Valeria Arseneau; and her brother-in-law John "Jack" Chmiel.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Arseneau; her children, Michele Arseneau (Michael R. Solberg), Michael Arseneau and Steven Arseneau (Christina); her grandchildren, Dominic Solberg, Theodore Arseneau and Eleanor Arseneau; and her sister Virginia Chmiel.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (7450 University Ave, Middleton, WI 53562). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Brighton Hospice, or to St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Middleton.
