She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Evans and Caroline Evans (Maurer); her daughter Patricia; her son-in-law Conrad Polensky; her siblings, Beverly Ann Evans, Harold Evans and Mary; and her brother-in-law George Meyers.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughter Janet Bollig (Reed); her granddaughter Megan O'Connor (Matthew); her great grandchild Evelynn O'Connor; her sister Janice Langholff (Dean); her sister-in-law Joan Evans; and her nieces and nephews, Lori Albrecht (Curt), Darin Langholff (Kim), Richard Evans (Crystal), Nancy Holland (Bob), Andrew Meyers (Kim) and Dan Meyers (Tricia).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Development Fund or Oakwood Village Foundation.
