Kearney (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Whitewater, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith Paynter and Eldora Paynter (Zanton); her husband Kenneth D. Kearney; and her siblings, Nancy Morrow, Lavern Paynter, Myron "Mike" Paynter and Arlyn "Arnie" Paynter.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kearney (Kim) and Kendra Kearney (Bryan Kriel); her grandson William Kearney; her stepgrandson Shawn Peschl; her great grandchildren, Holden and Lincoln Kearney; and her siblings, Robert Paynter and Liz Banholzer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or to Lake Edge Lutheran Church.
