He is survived by: his wife Carol Bartels (Hying); his children, Brian Bartels (Tammy), Laura Baker (Tim), Karen Kleine (Chris) and Brent Bartels; his grandchildren, Nathan and Nicole Bartels; his children, Megan (Justin), Emily Paap (Mitch), Grace Baker, Emma, Natalie Kleine and Cash Bartels; his siblings, Diane, Charlie and Mike Bartels (Sherry); and his close friends, Steve and Maureen Kraak.
