He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Case and Doug Case (Jane Case); his brothers, Jon Case, Evan Case and Ryan Cloutier; his grandmothers, Glenda Hemmerling (Ray) and Kay Case; and his cousins, Dana Higgs Jack (Curt), Austin, Rachel, Tina Poff (Troy), Riley (Elizabeth), Anna (Rob), Conner, Jennna (Ken), Joe Flory Joey (Becky), Collin, Cameron, Zachery, Bill Flory Billy (Colleen), Emily (Ryan), Justin, Kaylee, Kennedy, Debbie Mason (Mark), Nick Mason (Megan), Leah Barron (Jim) and Josh Mason. He is also survived by Aunts Uncles.
