He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendolyn Volbrecht and June Volbrecht; his sisters, Nancy Volbrecht, Wendy Volbrecht and Marcy Volbrecht; and his son Jason Shawn Michael Volbrecht.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Volbrecht; his daughter Destine Rubach (Wayne); his daughter-in-law Chrissy Volbrecht-Friberg (Tom Friberg); his grandchildren, Bodie (Annastacia), Gage Rubach (Taylor) and Jason "Jase" Volbrecht; and his siblings, Peggy Konrad, Larry Volbrecht, Kenny Volbrecht, Danny Volbrecht, Randy Volbrecht, Jerry Volbrecht, Cindy Cucco and Kristy Mulvey.
