She is survived by: her husband Robert Purdum; her brother-in-law Gerald Smudde; and her siblings, James Leffelman (Jill), Joseph Leffelman (Beth), Frank Leffelman (Julee), Paul Leffelman (Barb), Dennis Leffelman (Susan), Catherine Sager (Mark), Raymond Leffelman (Debby) and Stephen Leffelman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other dear friends.
