He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Koenen and Marie Koenen; his parents-in-law, Warren and Catherine David; his grandson Kyle Koenen; and his siblings, John Koenen, Robert David, Robert Huff, Norene Lois, Jerome Lois and Judi David.
He is survived by: his wife Marie David; his children, Mark Koenen (Cheryl), Beth Gorman (Brian Forsythe), Lisa Huening (Rick), Scott Koenen (Debra), Paul Koenen (Jessica Whitehead) and Ann Martinek (Matt); his grandchildren, Kristy Koenen, Nicole Koenen, Mark Jr. Koenen, Deanna Didzun (Nicholas), Emmett Gorman (Rebecca Fluger), Greg Huening (Rachel), Breanna Huening, Danielle Koenen, Derek Koenen, Grant Koenen, Ethan Koenen, Eric Koenen, Finn Koenen, Piper Koenen, Max Martinek and Reese Martinek; his great grandchildren, Noah Condon, Whitney Boston and Theodore Huening; and his siblings, Julie Koenen, Fred Koenen (Mary), Dorothy Rausch (Phil), Jack David (Judy), Margie Huff, Diane Schindler (Greg), Patrick David (Pat Wojciechowski) and Susan David. He is also survived by loving father and treasured his sons and daughters-in-law.
