It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James E. Perleberg of Lyons, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Perleberg and Violet Perleberg; his nephew Jamie Wilson; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Ryman and James Sikac.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Hanson; his children, Jeremy Perleberg (Jennifer), Kent Perleberg (Dani) and Tina Dopkins (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cayla Ruarke, Chelsa Perleberg, Cierra Perleberg, Cameron Dopkins, Violet Perleberg, Miles Dopkins and Alma Perleberg; his sister Marjorie Wilson (Robert); and his sisters-in-law, Diane Ryman and Susan Sikac. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial to the family are suggested. Any memorials will be donated to Hero's Fishing.
