He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judith Dorn. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Jr. Dorn and Kimberly Dorn; his spouse Ashlynn Jensen; his siblings, Colton Dorn, Casey Dorn and Cayden Dorn; his pet Chase; his grandparents, Harold, Patricia Lancaster and Douglas Dorn Sr.; and also Elizabeth Kahler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousin and a second cousin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home (625 Browns Lake Dr, Burlington, WI 53105).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
