She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Howe and Cecelia Howe; her siblings, Jim Howe, Bill Howe and Carol May (Howe); her siblings-in-law, Bob May, Dave Vanasse, Willam Rowe Jr., Myrna Rowe, Mary Lois Howe and Barbara Rowe; her parents-in-law, Williams D. Rowe Sr. and Helen Rowe; and her son-in-law Rick Mumm.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her daughters, Laurie Tess (Larry), Jeanne Knickelbine (Paul) and Elaine Mumm (Rick); her grandchildren, Catrina (Art), Piper (Ryan), Austin (Megan), Jacob, Laura, Adam (Kristy), Jordan, Celia and Aiden; her great grandchildren, Nathanial, Henry and Hudson; her siblings, Robert Howe (Kathy) and Mary Vanasse (Dave); and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Rowe, Jim Rowe and Dick Rowe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for the benefit of Barbara's grandchildren.
