He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Puetz and Paulson; and his daughter Vicki Ann Puetz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rieth; his children, Steve Puetz (Cindy) and Cheri O'Bannon (Daniel); and his granddaughters, Chelsea and Whitney.
