He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Durjak and Louise Durjak. He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his children, Jessica, Nicholas and Autumn; his stepchildren, Christopher and Audrey; his grandchildren, Brayden, Ava, Lucas and Paisley; his niece Caitlin (Byron); his nephews, Christopher and Matthew; and his aunt Martha. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.
To have the last "punch" he donated his brain to the University of Wisconsin Carbone Center.
