He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Smith and Lillian L. Smith (Langer). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine A. Rollette of Lyndon Station; and his siblings, Donna Helfrich (Harry) of La Crosse, WI, Sharon Rhutasel (Bruce) of Oregon, WI, Gary Smith (Sonja) of New Lisbon, WI and Richard Smith of New Lisbon, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
