He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rogge and Katherine Rogge (Maas); and his siblings, Cathleen Rogge, Marge Senzig, Joe, Richard and Albert Rogge.
He is survived by: his wife Patsey Neubauer; his sons, Ken Rogge, Donald Rogge (Heidee), David Rogge and Michael Rogge; and his siblings, Edward Rogge (Emma), Maryann Gore (George), Roseleen Jakacki and Llene Ryczek. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
