He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kramer and Magdalena Kramer (Biechler); and his siblings, Ray, Mike, Leo, Joe, Ann, Rose, Leonie, Kathryn and Lori.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria McMahon; his children, Jeffrey (Marci), John (Diane) and Janie Jones (Dewey); his sister Madeleine Winkelmann (Marvin); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Alex Kramer, Owen Jones (Anna) and Magdalena Jones.
