With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Tielens (Luxemburg, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 18, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Deffke and Mabel Deffke (VandenBush); her husband Wallace Tielens; her children, Joseph Tielens, Julie Metzler, Mary Ann Tielens, Bonnie Homan, Sherry Van Pay and Randy Tielens; her sisters, Dolores Destree (Norman), Lucille Deffke and Mercedes Rentmeester (Gene); and her brother-in-law Leland Tielens (Bernice).
She is survived by: her children, Darel Tielens (Lynn), Nancy Roberts, Bruce Tielens (Kathy), Dale Tielens (Stacey), Roxy Michiels (Bob), Mark Tielens (Connie), Annette Simonar (Tod), Missy Shreiner (Cliff) and Jenny Sicklinger (Wade); her children-in-law, Mike Homan, Steve Metzler and Anne Tielens; her sister Carol LeCloux (Gabe); and her sister-in-law Pat Rentmeester. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren 57 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established in her name.
