It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall J Boulanger of Luxemburg, Wisconsin, born in Kewaunee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer D. Boulanger and Cecelia M. Boulanger (DeJardin); his brother Ronald Boulanger; his stepson Richard Massart; his stepgrandson Aaron Brenneke; and his brother-in-law Daniel Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Massart (Cravillion); his daughters-in-law, Dale Massart (Teresa) and Nancy Massart; his grandchildren, Julie Caelwaerts (Steve), Shawn Massart (Jessica), Joshua Kohlbeck (Mary), Amy Polster (Robert), Kimberly Bergene (Travis), Jodi Koppein (Chip) and Mollie Massart (Chris); and his siblings, Dianne DeGrave (Gary), Carol Lopez, Francis Boulanger and Anthony Boulanger (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
