He is survived by: his wife Rae Jones; his children, Cheryl Crisp (Barry Johnson) and David Kudick (Michele Lang); his grandchildren, Damian Kudick, Derek Kudick, Dylan Crisp and Valerie Kudick; his daughter-in-law Jayette LeCaptain; and his sister-in-law Frances Kudick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
