He was predeceased by: his uncle Dale Breitlow; his cousin Ben Delain; and his grandparents, Phyllis Bartz, Betty and Vince Delain.
He is survived by: his son Justin; his parents, Christopher Delain (Tammy Baudhuin) and Lori Delain (Jennings); his sisters, Shannon Mueller (Rick) and Brittany Minger (Travis); his children, Cashton, Kase and Calla; the mother of his children Liz Delain (Jeremy Engum); and his nieces and nephews, Brayden, Elliana, Kenley, Mila, Matthew, Evelyn and Monroe.
