He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. DeGrand and Mary L. DeGrand (Van Loo); his daughter Patricia; his siblings, Laura Mertens (Mike), Irene Heurkens (Charles), Florence DeGrave (Norman), Anna Rogers (Ernest), Harold DeGrand (Irma), Magdalene Arendt (Paul) and Donald DeGrand; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond Marchant, Lloyd Enz, Raymond DuBois, Lester Everard and Roy Everard.
He is survived by: his wife Ione M. Everard; his great grandchild Kubota; his children, Wayne "Porky" DeGrand (Bernadette) of Luxemburg, Warren DeGrand (Darlene) of Luxemburg, Tim DeGrand of Luxemburg, Sue Martin (Steve) and Lori Bertrand (Paul); his grandchildren, Nick DeGrand (Jenni), Sara Murphy (Andy), Jen DeGrand, Chrystl Wallace (Brian), Lee DeGrand (Sara), Michelle Cole (Brandon), Stacy Rueckl (Brian), Katie LeGrave (Evan), Ryan Martin, Alycia Bertrand (Alex Zellner), Danielle Bertrand (Kyle McFall), Brooke Bertrand, Brian Veit (Kelly) and Tony Veit (Renee); his niece Lisa Blemke (Jeff); and his friend Joan DeGrand. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
