He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Vanness and Glory Ann Vanness (Jeanquart); his brother Joseph Vanness; and his niece Tina Barbeau. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Lee Ann Vanness; and his close friends, Julie Ann Dies, Karen, Marvin Mercier, Perry Dalebroux, Joan, Gene Dalebroux and Pat Vandervest. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
