He is survived by: his children, Annette Shefchik (Jerry), Sherri Alexander (Rob), Rodney Zellner (Sandi) and Louie Zellner (Lori); his grandchildren, Eric Zehren (Kara), Adam Zehren (Marissa), Cory Romdenne (Taylor), Mariah Romdenne (Tyson Featherston), Brady Zellner (Shelby), Ethan Zellner and Kyle Buresh (Karissa); his great grandchildren, Cayden, Colton, Callie, Henley, Kendall, Audrey, Layla and Jax; his stepgrandchildren, Angie Paplham (Kory), Jess Bertsche (Bryan), Brandon Alexander (Danielle), Aaron Alexander-Wolf (Ben), Mariah Thiry (Travis) and Jake Alexander; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Haley, Breleigh, Kinslie, Ethan, Isaac, Lilie, Carter, Easton, Chase, Braelynn, Kaylee, Cashden and Jesse; his siblings, Lyle Zellner (Marci) and Kathi VanDenPlas; his siblings-in-law, Bev Zellner, Jim Salentine, Hubert VandenPlas (Doris), Marlene Dorner (Richard) and Doloris VandenPlas; and his godchildren, Lynn Curry, Nathan VanDenPlas, Todd Zellner, Diane Schlies, Jamie VandenPlas and Tony Dorner. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1412 Main St, Luxemburg, WI 54217). A prayer was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Closing Parish. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1412 Main St, Luxemburg, WI 54217).
