She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry L. DuBois and Phoebe L. DuBois (Jadin); her siblings, Harold, Gerald, Henry Jr. and Linda; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Sophie Ratajczak; her brothers-in-law, Wilbert Steinhorst, George Ratajczak Lyle Lemens, Joseph DeJardin and Jerry Retzlaff; her son-in-law Jim Graetz; and her pets, Sandy and Deigo.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Ratajczak Sr; her children, Leigh Ann Graetz (Layne Kelley) of Menomonie, WI, Dawn March (Stevens Point), Dan Jr. Ratajczak (Luxemburg), Jeanette Ratajczak (Chris Deprey) and Scott Ratajczak (Brandy Cline); her siblings, Richard DuBois (DePere), Marie Schweiner (Denmark) and Jim DuBois (Luxemburg); her sisters-in-law, Dolores Lemens (Luxemburg), Clara DeJardin (Luxemburg) and Nona "Kitty" Ratajczak (Green); her grandchildren, Nicole (Ryan), Tyler, Michael, Nicholas, Matthew, Andy (Emma) and Rebecca (Josh); and her close friends, Annette and Shirley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Carol's name.
