He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Mattson and Dorothy Mattson; his siblings, Diane and Bill; and his in-laws, Roy and Sylvia Hansen.
He is survived by: his children, April (Dan) and Zach (Lisa); his grandchildren, Graham (Ellie), Grayden Hershfield, Xander, Zane Mattson, Ashley (Cole), Derek and Tate Johnson; his son-in-law Paul Hershfield; and his friends, Judy and Dale Johnson.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Luck Lions Club (300 W 3rd Ave, Luck, WI 54853).
