He is survived by: his children, Robert Mercer (Ellen) of Pierre, SD, David Mercer (Elizabeth) of Abita Springs, LA, Ann Adkins (Scott) of Jefferson, WI, Scott Mercer (Renee) of Luck, WI, Amy Mercer of Eau Claire, WI, Susan Sheil of Madison and Matthew Mercer of Jefferson; his brother William Mercer (Judy); his half-brothers, Glen Kreuziger and Gene Kreuziger (Carla); and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Tiedt and Patricia Ascherien. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
