He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Duncan and Ruth Duncan (Cary); and his sister Grace. He is survived by: his significant other Colleen Duncan; his children, Luke, Jessie, Buck (Kat) and Cyrene; his sister Joran; his grandchildren, Damonte, Jooniper, Skarlette, Samara and Afonya; and his mother-in-law Lucky. He is also survived by nieces/nephews/cousins.
Lowell worked at Hazelden Foundation for 30+ years as a chemical dependency counselor and then went on to work as an interventionist, across the US.
