He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hoffman and Helen Hoffman (Haug); his siblings, Edward, Arthur Hoffman, Myrtle Ehlke, Elsie Fyke and Blanche Scharnick; and his nephew Richard Ehlke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
