She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kramer and Anna Kramer (Peterson); her husband Charles Spatz; her children, Allen Spatz, Jerry Spatz and Lucille Schill; her children-in-law, Nancy Spatz and Donald Schill; her grandson James Schill; her great grandchildren, Nathan Keiffer and Cody Schill; and her siblings, Leona, Celia, Carolyn, Bernice, Darlene, Earl and Norman.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Spatz, Galen Spatz (Theresa), JoAnn Spatz and Keith Spatz (Janice); her daughter-in-law Bonnie Panzer; her grandchildren, Brian Spatz (Cari), Stacy McKeever (Mac), Shelly Keiffer (Steve), Allen Spatz, Kim Abel (Dean), Kelly Spatz, Mary Lou Herman (Vince), Randy Schill (Pam), Renee Serafin (John), Charlie Schill (Janel), Chris Schill (Tracy), Kevin Schill (Sandy), Derek Spatz (Amanda), Mahriah Spatz, Cody Spatz (Taylor), Kyle Spatz (Cynda), Samuel Spatz (Jamie) and Holly Spatz-Kohler (Jesse); and her siblings-in-law, Jane Spatz, Annette Beaver (Peter) and LeRoy (Dorothy).

If desired, her family is accepting memorials in Rosie's name for a charity yet to be determined.
