He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen L. Luber and Mavis I. Luber (Otto); and his grandparents, George, Mathilda Otto, August and Clara Luber.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Sherman (Everett) of Viola, AR, Carol Baumbach (Harvey) of Osseo and Jeff Luber of Loyal; his niece Valerie Seltun (Jeff) of Bayport, MN; his nephew Daniel Baumbach (Sarah Ohr) of Eau Claire; and his great-niece Faith Seltun of Erie, PA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
