She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Mitby and Margaret Mitby (Murray); her husband James Kermit Wangen; her siblings, Norman Mitby and Joan Mills (Mitby); and her nephew Roger Erickson.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, John Mitby (Julie) of Madison, David Mills (Deb) of La Crosse, John Mills of La Crosse, Peggy Mitby Huskey of Minneapolis and Margaret Mills (Rick Onsrud) of La Crosse.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal, WI.
