He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Roe and Marilyn Roe (Angel). He is survived by: his daughter Patsy; his wife Patsy; his children, Beth Starr of Estacada, OR and Eric Roe (Stephanie Smith-Roe) of Chapel Hill, NC; his brothers, David Roe (Sharon) of Estacada, OR and Dale Roe of Lore City, OH; his grandchildren, Andrew Starr (Krissy) of Bloomdale, OH, Shane Starr of Los Angeles, CA and Hannah Starr of Estacada, OR; and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Heminger of Waterville, OH and Jerry Stickles of Las Cruces, NM. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
