She is survived by: her former husband Joseph S. Kowalczyk; her children, Susan Kowalczyk of Marshfield, Rodney Kowalczyk of Loyal, Robin Kowalczyk of Marshfield and Laurie Kowalczyk of Loyal; her grandchildren, Jason Reckner of Rock Springs, WI, Josianne Reckner of Marshfield and Eliot Kowalczyk (Amanda) of Neillsville; her great grandchild Charley Kowalczyk of Neillsville; her siblings, Gertrude Kostick (Roman) of Ladysmith, Evelyn Debold of Medford, Patricia Struck of Milwaukee, Harriet Denzin of Milwaukee, Mary Barker of Phoenix, AZ, Barbara Heiting of Phillips, Delores Piekarz of Phoenix, AZ and James Cukla (Karen) of Rockport, TX; and her close friend Donna Cukla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
