She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kohn (George) of Madison, Ken Leistico (Pam) of Reeseville, Susan Kohn (Dennis) of Reeseville and Robert Leistico (Mary) of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Paul Kohn (Victoria Metz), Randy Kohn (Tanya), Tracey Ewing (Ryan), Kenny Smythe-Leistico (Erin), Jenny Powell (Matt), Tammy Yuenger (Matt), Michael Kohn (Kierstin) and Daniel Leistico; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Lexi, Nikkia Kohn, Kaitlynn, Kelsey Neuman, Arabella, Eli Smythe-Leistico, Emerson Powell, Taylor Beal (Jarrett), Ashley Hodiewicz (Joey), Zach Yuenger (Cassidy Ewert), Isaiah Yuenger, Hunter, Mallory, Noah and Brady Kohn; her great great grandchild Kenzley Beal; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Leistico of Beaver Dam. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
