He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Shrock of Birchwood, WI.; his wife Pam; his children, Colton and Natalie; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Scott and Todd Attoe; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Trunnel, Sarah Trunnel, Jonathan Schroeder, Nicole Hutchins and Danielle Schroeder.
