He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hamburg and Betty Lou Dederich (Ewing); and his siblings, Joanne McCluskey and Thomas Dederich. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Hamburg of Lone Rock; his children, Derrick Boutain (Tamara) of Richland Center and Kyle Boutain of Lone Rock; his grandsons, Alexander Boutain and Connor Williams; and his siblings, Carol Sorenson, Don Hamburg (Joy), Jim Hamburg, Peggy Ringelstetter (Pat) and Mary Lou Wittmann (Donny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
