She was predeceased by: her mother Lena Frank (Honer); her husband James; her siblings, Jerome Frank and Evelyn Carol; her aunt Dena Schlosser; and her son-in-law Bill Valdez.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Burris, Doreen Valdez, Sheila Burris and Laura Vosberg (Phil); her grandchildren, Kurt (Sasha) and Marissa; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Keaton and Adam; her niece Julie Chicoski; and her friend Jan Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Lucille's name to Iowa County Humane Society; Iowa County Loan Closet; Lone Rock EMT or a charity of your choice.
