With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor D. Lucas (Lomira, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 5, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bernhard and Gladys Bernhard. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Bernhard (Carol) of Theresa, Chuck Bernhard (Marlene) of Theresa, Karen Schwenk of Milwaukee and Sarah Bernhard of West Bend.

Burial will take at the Union Cemetery in Theresa with the military honors presented by the Theresa American Legion Post 270.In lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Victor may be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or the Theresa American Legion Post #270.
