She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leemon and Shirley Leemon; her husband Wayne "Dupa" Dworschak; her brother Larry Leemon; and her brother-in-law Art Pientok.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Weber (Lucas); her granddaughter Madalynn Weber; her sisters, Janet Lauber (Joe), Karen Yerges (Randy Robenhurst), Patti Kirchner (Roger) and Sandi Holt; her sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Leemon and Jacqueline Pientok; and her close friend Jim Yerges.
