He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his daughters, Carrie Miller and Lea Scheuber; his stepsons, Anthony Austin (Valerie) and Nicolas Austin (Heather); his grandchildren, Alex, Breanna, Lucas and Hope Austin; and his siblings, Douglas Miller, Duane Miller, Lavina Frances (Dan) and Jan Pettite. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
