He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Underberg and Shirley Underberg; and his cousin James Squires. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Underberg and Amy Underberg (Sarah); his cousins, Tom Squires (Karen) and Brian Squires (Susan); and his friends, Linny Shipman, Bill Melms, David Simon and Christy Melms-Simon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
