He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Coulter and Janet Coulter; his daughters, Courtney and Haleigh Coulter; and his brother Steve Coulter.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Lentz; his children, Dustin Cecil, Hannah Coulter, Hope Coulter, Jay Shulfer (Tara) and Natasha Amundson (Josh); his grandchildren, Justin Dayton and Jaxton Amundson; his siblings, Sandy Herman (Mark), Sharee Fritz (Jim), Ed Coulter (Diane) and Gary Coulter (Chris); his sister-in-law Lisa Coulter; and his mother-in-law JoAnn Lentz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
